Welcome to our WorkPsych free Listserv, which are designed for people who want a place to discuss issues of executive's emotional intelligence and peformance, and of workplace mental health and productivity. A varied membership will ensure that the discussion includes management, human resource, psychiatric, legal, occupational medicine and many other perspectives on two important workplace topics. Although these may be moderated Listservs, most messages will be automatically distributed after posting by a member. Eligibility is determined from the registration information requested below. Registration information is solely for Listerv use and for rare messages from us, and is otherwise completely confidential.

Posting Examples: Presentation and member discussion of case anecdotes, requests for practical and programmatic advice, news, publications, business implications, legal concerns, emotional aspects, medical issues, and conferences

Rules:

1. Preserve confidentiality:

        Do not post any information that would reveal or imply the
        identity of an employee under discussion.

        Protect the identity of a member's employer.

        All members should respect the confidentiality of posted
        information, employees, members and employers.

        HIPAA rules may apply for healthcare professionals.

2. Further use of postings:

        Any further use of any listserv posting requires prior
        written (or email) permissions from the Webmaster
        and all involved members.

        Such use must absolutely preserve
        employee, employer and member confidentiality.

3. To facilitate discussion, always include a signature line that includes your name, profession, and any disclaimer you may need.

4. Email communication is never a substitute for in person professional (including medical) assessment, planning and intervention.

4. No commercial use, political missives, or charitable appeals.

6. No inappropriate or unprofessional language or content.

7. No anonymous or non-member postings.

8. No attachments, oversize or full web-page postings.

9. No posting copyrighted material without prior permission.
